AS0530

The Keltel PSTN Dialler provides a means of connecting equipment with no communications facilities back to a server or to another remote or central system.

The unit has a standard RS232 serial port, 2x opto-isolated inputs/ouputs and 2x analogue inputs for connection of machines or units providing either variable output voltages or dry contacts to be communicated.

Although a generic server is not currently available a facility can be setup where specific details can be entered on a web site and alarms can be forwarded from the web as text messages, emails or wav files to a standard telephone.

Where the client would prefer to control the server aspect of the system we can either provide an xml version of the data being sent to the server or create a protocol in consultation with the client.
